When you make a reservation with us, you agree to the following conditions:

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are guaranteed after a deposit of 20% and receipt of our confirmation.
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
The price is per room for 2 people.
Adults only.
Check-in from 3 pm and check-out before 11 am.

Smoking

Smoking of all types of tobacco products is permitted only in designated areas (Health Act 2006). Mandatory use of ashtray due to fire hazard.

Identification Duty & Privacy

According to Spanish law, we are obliged to keep a register of guests present. You will be asked for first and last name, nationality, passport details, arrival and departure date. When making the reservation, these details are requested, otherwise we are obliged to do so upon arrival. We do not use the information provided when making a booking. Furthermore, your data will only be stored and shared when we are obliged to do so.

Liability & Guest's belongings

Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. The Management will not be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings.

We reserve the right to reasonably charge the main booker of the reservation for any damage caused during the stay at San Roque. Any damage incurred must be reported immediately to management at all times.

Entering San Roque Suites de Monda, the pool area and others is at your own risk. The Management cannot be held responsible for personal accidents or damage to your belongings.

Pets

Dogs are allowed at San Roque. In public spaces the owner of the pet is asked to have him on a leash.
Also, a dog lives on site. He stays mainly in the private area and will not be a nuisance.
Furthermore, San Roque is located in a rural area where goats and sheep pass by now and then.

WIFI

We offer WiFi on the entire property.

Calm and Respect

We are located in a rural area and appreciate that our guests will take this into account. Be considerate of other guests, including smoking, telephone conversations and music in public areas.
Mutual respect is valued in order to make everyone's stay pleasant.

Hazardous goods and open fire
Carrying goods that are flammable, dangerous or prohibited is not allowed and strictly prohibited on the premises. So are candles.
Be aware of the fire hazard in this region. A single cigarette can cause enormous damage.

Electricity

We are not responsible for damage caused by the loss of electricity, wifi, etc., when it happens beyond our control.

Road

The roads or caminos in the Spanish countryside are more challenging than you may used to and often unpaved. The camino to San Roque is also partly unpaved. We highly recommend to arrive with a suitable car.

Right to cancellation

If the above conditions are not met or are violated, we reserve the right to cancel your booking or terminate your stay without any right to refund or compensation.
